Not fewer than 5000 members of APC have dumped the party for PDP in Ikwo. APC and other mushroom parties were today buried in the LGA as PDP became the tree that bears fruits in the area when the campaign train of the governor, Engr. David Nweze Umahi moved to the LGA today.

One of the major stakeholders of the party, Mr. Ikechukwu Oga made it clear that his elder brother, Chinedu Oga will soon join the party too. Mr. Ikechukwu Oga is the immediate younger brother of the APC candidate for Ikwo/Ezza South House of Representatives, Comr. Chinedu Oga. Declaring before the governor, Oga stated that Gov. Umahi will win in Ikwo 100% and that the people of Ikwo has resolved to vote him and no other person. As a way to welcome Mr. Oga, the governor immediately appointed him and one other APC decampee as his Technical Assistants.

You will recall that the governor had asked the people of Ebonyi State to go to their autonomous communities numbering about 140 and list projects that can be executed with 10M Naira according to their importance.

The governor today after receiving the projects lists, issued cheques of 10M Naira each to the traditional heads of the 140 Autonomous communities in the state and also inaugurated local contractors that will be used in executing the projects.

This implies that in few weeks from now, several projects will spring up from all the communities in the state so, if you don't get these projects started, hold your community leaders responsible.

It has been in the news lately that Mr. Ogbuoji is having health challenges which is the reason why he sleeps in all functions he attends not minding the implications. He is practically not in control of what happens to him. A case of signing an official documents without knowing the content which nearly landed him to jail is still very fresh in memory.

The Ebonyi governor today, challenged Ogbuoji to declare his medical fitness for Ebonyians to know the health status of whom they want to vote as Ebonyians cannot make the mistake of voting a man who has no peace in his family neither is he sound in body and mind.
