Premier League - U.K government says it can resume next month

The Premier League Clubs is hoping to complete its season by opening its doors from June 1, according to the UK guidelines of government, published on Monday. 


The government have decided to exit the lockdown due to the virus by coming up with conditions that would make various activities that will be carried out safe. 

Large-scale social contact will be prevented also, social and cultural evwnts will be done behind closed doors for broadcast purposes.

 
All these events will take place if enough progress have been made to limit the spread of Covid-19 between now and June 1st because sport supporters have waited long enough to attend matches

While sports events that involves international travel could be affected by the government’s plan to introduce and  enforce a 14-day quarantine period for those who would arrive the UK, the Premier League clubs are meeting on Monday to continue their discussions on how to kickstart the event, they have been planning on how to return to action beginning June 8.
